Pre-Operative Instructions
Preparation for Surgery:
For all surgical procedures, it is your responsibility to arrange for a responsible adult to drive you home. Under no circumstances may a patient drive themselves home from the surgery center/hospital. If general anesthesia is being used, you will need to have a responsible adult stay with you for 24 hours. Home Instead is a local business providing this service. If you need to make arrangements, please call (907) 277-4663.
For the purpose of anesthesia, please do not eat or drink anything after midnight the night before your procedure. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR SURGERY.
